Why would he do this? 50cents a foot, he admits that is what he pays. 35 to 50 people each night @ 10 bucks each, 5 shows a week (one weeks minimum draw) and he pays the rent of 1 grand a month (plus some pocket money!), Utilities? Each performer is forced to pay for a DVD of their show 20 ro 25 more bucks each. Pay Pal and Internet donations, at least 100 a night (being ridiculously conservative). Then just for fun lets add on the 4 to 6 thousand a month he gets from monthly donations funds (sponsors). So one week of the woodshed puts him into profit of several grand, his net income the month is over 10,000 easily. The foods donated, lets not forget that, food and snacks are donated. But.... there is a bowl for paying for them above the counter and no taxes!!!
So now we see, what a great place it is, everything in the place has been donated to him except the decks etc which he used to charge and claim as an expense (see his old monthly income flow chart) until he saw I was showing the IRS his monthly cash flow, then it dropped to a steady claim of roughly 4 grand a month.
The parking was a sham to begin with, he had told the guy (Mr. Singer of the Country school) he just needed the letter so he could get the variance from the city ( a technical thing) and they would never use the parking, That plus a 500 dollar donation. When the school wanted to expand they could no longer chance Kulak possibly using the parking so they nixed the offer. But according to Kulak it was me. Now the landlord (Mr. John Atkins) has ordered them out the 31st, there is no if the woodshed doesn't get the place brought to code and read Kulaks News Letter, it can't be brought to code.. But he makes it sound like its the city shutting him down? Why? because he wants to take as much money as he can with him along with all of the equipment he purchased with tax free money, the equiptment the musicans purchased through donations. Strange, there used to be a girl named Sharon who donated her fathers inheratance to buy those decks. Was she paid back? Yep, Kulak had acted like he liked her and then Helena came along and wham, she got paid back, pushed aside to do the work but no longer get the Kulak Loving. Nope she did not get her money back, but somehow Kulak charged the donations for the decks he already received. HHmmmm Lets say CROOK. Thats why there are very few of the original woodshed members there, they have seen through the vail.
Further more, kulaks decks etc company used to be there and it was paying all of the rent (ask his partner who discovered this) and the claim of what he needed to operate (more money to pay the rent) was even more lies, he was needing nothing, it was all paid for by the Decks etc company. Kulaks partner discovered long ago that Paul screwed him over, got caught spending a fortune without permission and was put on a small allowence. Finally he paid the partner back, not with money, he secretly started another company and screwed him more renting decks out of that company "Digital systems", I think it is. Finally somehow he nixed the partner (whose money started it all), but he moved the decks etc outa there...or did he? Taxes will show he still claims rent is being paid by Decks etc company, he owns!
He can't have partners or can't be a 501C (tax free organazation) because he isn't going to let anyone see the books, where the money goes, how much comes in. nothing...If they knew he wouldn't very well be in control would he? And anyone who knows Kulak knows what a control freak he is, he has to be man, you can't hide money of people knows you have it.
If you saw the Kulak statements to the ADHOC committee he stated, Ill move the woodshed but I am not going anywhere Mr. Peyton, Mr. Britten, if the council doesn't let me run the woodshed outa there Ill just rent it out and make a few thousand every month, I am not going anywhere Mr. Peyton, Mr. Britten, you hear me.
Yea yea yea, we heard ya Kulak, talk talk talk, I think now it's time to start packing your bags and get a movin.
