Hey Mrs. Greuel, How can you support Kulaks Woodshed when 5 nights a week, more then 20 businesses on our street can't fairly earn money to eat or feed their children? You gave their street parking away to an illegal music establishment and say it is fair for him to be there, robbing them of income because NO ONE CAN PARK ON THE STREET AND GIVE THEM BUSINESS THEY ARE ENTITLED TO! You openly support this, we have your letters sent to patrons and we all saw the Daily News Story with your open support for Kulaks Woodshed

Kulak moved in Knowing he
was committing a crime, he knew this area was not zoned for his business. So
did Greuel, they disregarded the rights of all business owners on the 2 blocks
Kulak claims street parking is available for his people to park. She supported a variance to City council when Paul Ashley Kulak was on probation for illegal operation of a dancehall without permits and was court ordered to not operate (by the Van Nuys Criminal Courts).
I say get Greuel
out of office because no one deserves treated like this as she caters to her own personal preferences. With this Greuel supported consideration over 20 businesses suffer so she can
cater to her illegal business Kulaks Woodshed.These business owners can't have customers and their income and families suffer becaue she feels he is entitled to be there despite zoning laws and rules. She has ignored the businesses and even the very planning investigations that clearly shown Kulak was not using parking lot he claimed to and his parking was a problem to other businesses.
Kulak has asked his patrons to park in the residential area while this whole zoning issue is being worked out. His claims parking lot was ruined by Peyton, he also claims he was using the dirt lot, basically admitting he never used the paved city tax payer investigated parking lot, so why would it matter. Britten and Peyton had claimed to the neighborhood council the parking was a farce but fact is it had already long since expired when Greuel supported the variance to city council so there was no parking agreement at time variance was presented to city council and Greuel and Lordes Green Knew it. Also no sound proofing and to this very day as long as Kulak has claime dot have been there, he has not installed one piece of sound proofing, can you imagine a music club opening and not using ANY sound proofing with amplified insturments, Mrs. Greuel Supports this kind of activity. We made them aware, they also knew Kulak was under Van Nuys Criminal court order not to operate and they aided a criminal in committing a crime every time he was open 3 months before and for over a year after the variance was granted.
Victor Jacobovitz will be representing Mr. Peyton in his suit against the city, the Propety owner and Paul Ashley Kulak and his Decks etc company... The claim is to be made the begining of the year 2007.
