I am asking that you please share this email with all of the neighborhood council members.
It is important to know (proof supplied) that 100% of the time Mr. Kulak and Mr. Thrush were standing before the council, Mrs. Greuel was hiding the fact Kulak plead guilty to the crimes he was accused which was Operating without a license or the building in compliance, he was court ordered not to operate. Yet they stood before you, fought, called me a liar and a vindictive person, went through his whole act and all the time he was on Probation and violating a court order every night he was and is operating.

He made fools of the entire council whom granted him a variance ion any way. Only a few strong council members voiced their opinions and none had a clue Wendy Greuel was asking the Neighborhood council to allow Kulak to violate a court order each and every night he operates, even to this day he is in violation of not one but 2 Court orders, he is not to operate without a license and the building brought into compliance. Please see the court orders and guilty pleas Paul Ashley Kulak made to the court, most likely he went to a neighborhood council meeting right after to tell the council the lies directly to their face, make me look bad. Even Dale Thrush stood there on behalf of Wendy Greuel and asked that he be allowed to continue to operate (KULAK WAS COURT ORDERED NOT TO< that is far above these hearings and even over rules the Variance decision. No where does anything (variance included) state Kulak is allowed to operate.
I ask the Neighborhood council see the evidence and immediately act on it if not taking it to the press that she has went against the neighborhood councils advise and she has backed a criminal in a criminal act. I show you the proof.

She even altered it so his previous violation for basically the same thing states (Kulak is on probation until the building and operation becomes licensed and legal) so he should have been found to violate the same charge except by the police for operation, he was found guilty of again and should have been considered a violation of his prior probation with the building factors in tact still.

Your a legal attorney, you can see a guy on probation for the same thing a year later while still on probation and bound by guidelines, is a violation of the probation and not a first offence.

The Neighborhood council needs to act immediately before the news exposes this outrage, they need to inform Mrs. Greuel that she has backed a criminal and her and her staff have mislead the neighborhood council to considering and later giving a variance to a guy who is under a court order not to operate and he is on fresh probation for the violation of one night, one charge. he commits it nightly. Please stop this immediately and demand the variance be void to Mrs. Green and demand Mrs. Greuel explain why she supported a criminal in a criminal act and tried to and in fact did, have the neighbor hood council back a crime and allow it to happen for a year plus with their support.

I honorably request an investigation be placed on Mrs. Greuel for aiding a criminal in violation of a court order not to operate (See document showing probation and court order for Paul Ashley Kulak to not operate) http://www.charlespeyton.com/courtorder1page1.html

http://www.charlespeyton.com/courtorder2page1.html states Kulak was placed on probation, overlooked was the fact this charge violated the original probation that was in full effect until he brings everything up to code and the place is licensed and legal.

It was during this time and since then that Mrs. Greuel held special meetings with police, fire dept, building and planning etc to allow Kulaks to continue to operate. I have a video clip showing Mr. Dale Thrush representing Wendy Greuels office stating she held this meeting to see how they can allow Kulaks to operate despite the illegalities he has committed and continues to commit.
she got them all off Kulaks back until continued complaints came in causing Kulaks 2nd charge by the dept of building and safety.

I have hired an attorney who recently sent the first letter to Dept of Building and Safety requesting information why Kulaks has been allowed to operate despite court orders, etc. Following this we will begin suit against Kulak, the building owner and the city for denying my rights and granting special privileges to a criminal while he operates against court orders.

Furthermore, Mrs. Lordes Greens knowledge of this violation and her lack of response to void the variance immediately is a dereliction of duty to say the least.
I suggest the email and phone records, Internet records, pda text messaging records of Mrs. Greuel and Mrs. Green be obtained to see the conspiracy to violate court orders. Mrs. Green granted a conditional variance she knew she could not void and she did this during the time Kulak was ordered to cease operation by the police. Please see the criminal charges and the probation conditions stating Kulaks is not to operate. Furthermore Mrs. Greuel sending her staff (Dale Thrush and her female assistant) to the criminal courts division to have the charges lessened and to overlook the fact that Kulak being charged and pleading guilty violated his 1st probation.

This must be investigated, and exposed to the media, I have provided the proof, the times and dates are all documented and clear. Mrs. Greuel has knowingly aided Kulak in violation of Court orders.

I am not alone in this request to expose this political corruption and the public is entitled to justice as well as exposure of this corrupt political move over ruling the law.

Please acknowledge you have received this and will act upon it, evidence is supplied.

"for her attempt this morning to interfere and alter the criminal charges that were placed against Mr. Paul Kulak, John Atkinson and Atkinson Corp (whom plead GUILTY to the criminal charges at the end of the day and Paul Kulak was sentenced to 12 months probation). Mrs. Greuel sent Mr. Dale Thrush to push the influence of Wendy Greuels office to alter the criminal charges that had been placed against Mr. Paul Kulak, I heard and saw this with my own eyes, Mr. Cokec and Mr. Pruit can attest to this fact. Mr. Thrush asked City Attorney Don Cokec to "wave the charges and allow Kulaks to stay open regardless of the building infractions and find some way to work it out".

When Mr. Thrush exhausted his attempts, Mrs. Greuel then sent her female staff member (I will get the name, I can't locate it now but I recognized her) to constantly speak separately with the city attorney and Mr. Pruit, as well as with Kulak, Mr. Atkinson, Mr. Pruit (Dept of Building and Safety) and the city attorney as they huddled in the rear of the courtroom discussing the case with Greuels staff asking "how they can avoid Kulak being charged with this?". At one point Mrs. Greuels assistant was showing Mr. Pruit messages being sent to him via a PDA (Blackberry device) from Mrs. Greuel just prior to the lunch break.

They attempted to interfere and alter the criminal proceedings on a case prosecuting Paul Kulak whom plead Guilty today and was booked and fingerprinted.

VAN NUYS Criminal Case # 6PY03870 Kulak Pleaded guilty to violation of code L12.21A1A (a zoning code Violation).
Mrs. Green, a hearing is not in order when Mr. Kulak admits guilt to violating a zoning code to a criminal court of law, it is your responsibility to now Void the Conditional Variance you granted Mr. Kulak without further hesitation, you wrote it and originally granted it despite my claims he operates illegally and clearly on Page 3 of the conditional Variance you wrote, it defines any violation or infraction of this, voids the variance.

#14 all of his building and safety conditions are not satisfied, no permit to operate has been issued nor permits fulfilled.
At the Bottom of the page it clearly states until he meets all terms and conditions of this variance he is not to operate, he continues to operate 5 nights a week.

As I claim I have been damaged financially by this and I will continue to be damaged as will other neighbors if you do not immediately and lawfully now void the variance and order Kulaks Woodshed to remain closed until he meets the conditions placed on him to function legally. My rights are being denied me even after Mr. Kulak admits Guilt today, he admits he violated the conditions of the variance and furthermore, he admits he is and has been operating illegally with Mrs. Greuels support for years. For Mrs. Greuel to allow this to continue and to further thwart the Building and safety and criminal proceedings against Mr. Kulak, is criminal.

I am sending this to the FBI connection I have as well as will soon be breaking this to the local and national news agencies when I have it all prepared. I have suffered multiple counts of false charges placed against me by Mr. Kulak while he ran his operation illegally and in some cases I was doing a play in front of a live audience of 100 people in west Hollywood when he claims I attacked him . A criminal now admits he operated illegally for years with Wendy Greuels support and he abused the police by using her influence to allow him to claim he was being violated while he was committing a crime nightly.

I have been the victim of Mrs. Greuels influence while she supported an admitted criminal (Paul Kulak) making false claims on a innocent man (me). Mrs. Greuel has abused her authority and power of being city council even to the point today or interfering with a criminal investigation and prosecution, please investigate because it will be on the news and if the ethics committee does not act on this, the FBI will.

Please help me expose and stop this corruption. I have been a victim long enough
