Now first off allowing the rich to get their sidewalks fixed quicker by Wendy Greuels 50/50 plan (you pay 50% of the bill and it gets done quicker) was a suck ass deal but now get this:
Wendy Greuel wanted to make the streets nicer, so the city trees were put on "city sidewalks" along the street Laurel Canyon(public property). Now that was nice using a publicity oppertunity to take the glory on the news, Greuel makes city beautiful.. But, Like everything else, when something happens to that project "like undo burden placed upon business owners", it's someone elses dept. Now each business owner receives a letter from the city stating "if the tree is not manicured by the business owner" and the grass kept clear around the base "of the city owned tree", then you get a fat citation and fined. Don't get carried away, its against the law to cut the tops of a city owned tree. Ignorence is no reason for violating the law.
Welcome to North Hollywood, if your a criminal organization this is the place for you. So what if you open knowingly illegal? If you can "con" a council woman, you will have no problem, follow Kulaks steps.
Mrs. greuel made way for illegal clubs like Kulaks Woodshed who knew they were illegal, also following was a series of massage parlors whom also were entitled to a variance... When Kulak was caught he held a function Mrs. Greuel attended and that was it, the rest history. She thwarted every government agency since then from closing Kulaks illegal operation. Even when he was under a court order not to operate and placed on probation Mrs. Greuel and Henchman Dale Thrush stood before the city council telling what a wonderful place Kulaks was and how she wanted it kept open and encouraged the city council to all vote to allow it. I can't blame them, they pretty much feel each area leader has best in mind for his or her area.
What about the court order you may ask (as did all of the neighboring businesses whose parking was being stolen)?
Well forget it, Mrs. greuel also made sure there was not a consideration of this fact when she and city council blindly granted kulak a variance despite a criminal court order not to operate.
Now they can pay me for the disregard for my rights and the knowingly causing me emotional and mentel destress and causing a total inability to work, I write and perform shows, edit movies. I was here for 1st 7 years with no problem. I had promised to sue the city for the millions I lost, they were informed of this and their support for a criminal over 3 years ago and constantly since then, they don't care. It is tax payers money fighting it and paying me for their support of an illegal organazation in disregarding my right to operate my business in the fashion I had been for the 7 plus years previous to Kulaks illegal operation opening. ..

Well, my stage show alone can bring in 180,000 on a 6 week run in one city, rip the ability to produce another stage show away and you have one guy who suffered many months of no income at such a rate. Mrs. Greuel doesn't like porn and it appears she is really against anyone who has done porn.
Let the thief operate and hang the porn guy. Jesus went through the same thing except he did not do porn. History repetes it's self as they make inncocent men suffer for not being exactly as the Queen Greuel likes.
Well Queen Greuel, it's your time to pay me for my loss and your bad criminal support allowing it to continually hurt myself and my income.
Do you realize Wendy Greuel won last election with about 6% of the voters voting?, no one else went against her except a last minute sign in possibility. Seeing how 6% roughly voted, no one gave a shit who was in her position. We all pay when a city council person sides with a criminal opertion with years of proven track record of failing to do anything nor meet the laws restrictions, variance conditions or anything placed before him as she quote "guided him through this maze of government red tape" and held special meetings for hi with police, fire, building and safety and planning heads. This was stated on tape by both Thrush and Kulak... If she bends rules for low life illegal clubs with reportedly nothing to gain for Mrs. Greuel except maybe 6% of the votes and to ability to vent her hatred toward a specific group using her political influence and position then who knows what rules are broken on higher levels>???....
