The facts below are from the Dept of Building and Safety.
The field Officers who handled these situations were top notch, My hats off to inspector Hamilton, Miller. Politics got in the way and it is not their fault higher ups put the stops to their closure of this illegal establishment. These guys followed the rules and were on our side, they saw through the Kulak Bullshit. Kulak is a con man (the music man) and they knew it, I mean come on, if he had not accomplished getting sound proofing in 8 years you know he is full of it and a con. Greuel aided him in his con, he revenge for being not accepted as a friend, he is a freak, who wants to have a freak as a friend? Yea, I admit, I did get boozed with my friends and urinate on his truck, we all did.... he was a criminal and I have no respect for a criminal.
Another fact "Kulaks Woodshed building" was never to of been occupied in the first place since he tore out a wall making 2 stores into one. These are recorded Los Angeles Building and Safety Reports that clearly state, the building is not be be occupied and NEVER HAS.
They are dated 2004. Mrs. Greuel has admitted to meeting with Building and Safety high up officers, Police heads of dept so she knew full well the situation that the building was not to be used. She still supported it and made sure Kulaks operated despite the damage I YELLED it was causing me. Music blaring through the wall every night 6 nights a week from a building that was supposed to of been vacant from 2004 on. That's ok, I record it nightly to use in court, see I am going to want to be compensated for the years of torture, the counseling I had to go to in order to try and understand why this was allowed and backed by a political figure just because I had done porn, my rights yanked from me because she did not agree with my lifestyle. Yea, they are going to pay ad it will make eating dog food look exactly like it was, simply eating dog food. I watched them rob my business, my ability to work for years and Kulak purposely torture me while Refuel protected him. He is still mentally a Juvenile delinquent and he runs and hides behind Greuels dress after he slams me nightly.
The variance clearly stated that building was to be vacant,Look for yourself, the Los Angeles Dept of Building and Safety Reports are there. Myself and other neighbors wrote, emailed, called, faxed and even went to the offices of Wendy Greuel, Dale Thrush, Lourdes Green (planning officer) Neighborhood council, city council and they all demanded to let it be open regardless or claims of damage and intentional emotional distress..
Here is another fact, Kulaks woodshed legally should not have been open from the time he got caught with major building alterations in 2004. It is not common (as Mrs. Greuel stated to the News papers and others) to allow a business to continue to operate in a building deemed unsafe and cited for being such. Kulak removed a WHOLE WALL and then went and got a permit only when he was caught by the dept of Building and Safety, it still hasn't been checked off. And it is not common I hope for city officials to cover up the fact criminal courts order a place not to operate and they stand before city council in support of them because the only ones complaining are a ex porn star and a carpet guy.
The prior usage of the building prior to Kulaks Woodshed was a plumbing store and the other a copy machine repair store. I know Ii have been here almost 15 years now. It has not been a tavern for 40 years since they remodeled and had it documented as 2 separate stores.
See below, this proves Greuel is corrupt and a liar, she lies and hides the facts she was aware of. Add to this the police charges and the fact Kulak was criminal court ordered not to operate when she stood before her fellow council members and stated what a wonderful place Kulaks was and how it was a valuable benefit to the community. I would say letting an illegal establishment like this continue operation is criminal, Wendy Greuel and Dale Thrush should be jailed along with her corrupt office personal who assisted her... Greuel was aware of this and so was Thrush who claimed to be the planning Deputy of Greuel. They went way beyond letting him operate, the granted him a variance against criminal charges and a criminal court order stating he is not to operate, it violated his probation every night he operated as well as hundreds of other laws and codes.. And the scum has the audacities to disregard the variance determination that he must have sound proofing and continue in an illegal building for years with Wendy Greuel's protection and improper usage of authority telling the police not to do anything, the building and safety etc. They blasted me with music nightly, 3 hours of punishment each night for 8 years!!!
She needs impeached and Kulak arrested and maybe both of them should share a cell...

Since Greuel interfered, Los Angeles dept of building and safety made sure the NEWLY BUILT handicapped ramp into the back was written up as duplicate request. So was the demand I recently made that they enforce the citations they gave Kulak almost 4 years ago. He still doesn't have the occupancy permit or a sign off on the removal of a wall making 2 stores into one without permits and he cant get it, he needs to re-build the wall. Why my friends have I been made to suffer for 4 years (actually 8) while an illegal establishment is allowed to operate strictly because he has a crooked city council woman (Wendy Greuel and Dale thrush) in his pocket. Even gangsters did a lot of good for the public but they were not forgiven for the fact they hurt and killed people. Wendy Greuel and Dale Thrush are no different and should be ran outa town.
Greuel is no different, with all the good she has done, he corruption shines through and we see that she can't be trusted, she is corrupt and if she is so corrupt for a little illegal establishment and a music man with the education of a 4th grader. It is clear she makes her stand against me because of sexual preference or the fact I did porn and she really doesn't need to be in office based off her moves and her cover up attempts. Whose to say someday her other prejudges don't show their ugly head and people be discriminated against because of their color or their nationality or whatever she finds she doesn't like about them. They too will feel the wrath of Greuel as she takes side and fights for years for a criminal because she doesn't like the way the other party lives...
