to operating public dance without a permit and was sentenced to 12 months Probation
and ordered to not operate until he had a license. 03.25.2005 Mrs. Greuel Stood

and claimed how nice the illegal operation was for the neighborhood,
she made herself above the Law
by Supporting and having tax paid staff attend hearings, do research, shuttle
him downtown in city car, sure nice treatment for a criminal who is committing
an illegal act..having hearings on something
that was already a court order. He caused the court
order to be disregarded as she openly Supported this Kulak and used taxpayers
money to get people to allow him to operate over the court order not to, and
he was serving probation for his illegal operation at the time, a year she backed
a criminal and made damn sure he stayed open.

Kulak.... The court had ordered that business to not operate until he had a
license, to this day he does not have a license and still Mrs. Greuel even went

and passed his variance knowing he was still under probation for his illegal
operation in that very same building.
Now the parking scam has been exposed and Mr. Kulak doesn't
have 19 car spaces as he had claimed but Mrs. Greuels assistant assured Mr.
Pruitt of Building and safety that the Planning commission would lessen the number
of spaces needed (when it was determined by square footage which was also a
thousand feet short of the amount) Kulak had claimed on the application for
a variance.
Wendy Greuels corrupt assistance to aid a criminal for continued violation of
the law is appalling. She has aided
a criminal in operating every night since, in direct violation of the court
order. The court order is clear, Paul Kulak is not to operate Kulaks Woodshed
without a license, he has operated illegally for 5 nights a week
and Mrs. Greuel has sent Dale Thrush and her staff to
multiple hearings and meetings to state they supported Paul kulaks woodshed
and keeping him open. She has went above the law
and knowingly aided and abetted a criminal in allowing him to continually commit
a crime and she sent her staff down to the criminal courts recently to alter
and try and get waved the charges as he was facing the criminal prosecution,
they watered it down and he pleads Guilty to a lesser charge.. She succeeded
in having her support on this to influence the criminal justice and the constant
communication passed through her stooges. him plea to a lesser charge but still
he was sentenced to another 12 months probation. I am sending this to the FBI
up with a major investigation on both Mrs. Greuel and Mrs. Green for granting
a variance to a criminal who was serving probation for operating in the very
building he was now being granted a conditional variance for.
I had demanded he be forced to close down but Mrs. Greuel did not see it that
way, she hid from the neighborhood council hearing the fact Mr. Kulak was under
probation for operating there during the whole neighborhood council meeting
to determine if Kulak should be granted the variance.
Newsflash 10.25.06 Paul Kulak, John Atkinson,
Atkinson Corp all plea guilty to Zoning code violation yet Mr. Kulak will ignore
the law and continue operation. They admitted they were operating illegally
for all of these years! Now I want restitution and damages for suffering for
5 plus years.
They admitted it, they are criminals and Paul Kulak received
12 months probation for his admittance of guilt.
Wendy Greuel sent her Henchman Dale Thrush to try and influence the city attorney
to (Wave the charges) I heard it with my own ears and saw it with my own eyes!
Then after I cut into the meeting with Kulak, Mr. Atkinson of Manhattan Beach,
Dale Thrush and Mr. Cocek (a pretty good man I must say, he did not waver to
the influence Mrs. Wendy Greuel was putting on him) as I handed the city attorney
a note stating I was a victim from Paul kulaks woodshed violations for the past
5 years.
Mr. Atkinson had received registered mail from me years ago telling him if he
continued to allow it he would be liable.
Now they all admit guilt, the operation is now, was and always will be illegal.
The case was #6PY03870 at Van Nuys court house Div 101 the violation they plead
guilty to was L12.21A1A which is a zoning code violation.
Mr. Paul Ashley Kulak was Sentenced to 12 months probation and had to turn himself
in to be booked and finger printed by noon the following day, smile for the
camera Paul.
Mrs. Greuel governed by the Los Angeles city council and not applicable to la city ethics committee, Greuel sent her staff member (a Greueling apprentice, whom I recognized
from her representing Mrs. Greuels office on a prior neighborhood-planning meeting),
handed Mr. Pruitt a PDA (Blackberry type phone) to see the text messages Mrs.
Greuel was sending from afar.
The Greueling apprentice then begged “Mrs. Wendy Greuels office supports
Mr. Kulak“ and she asked the city attorney to wave the charges on Mr.
Kulak and allow the place to remain open.
Mrs. Greuel has tried tampering with and influencing the
city attorney on criminal charges placed on a now admitted guilty criminal.
Mrs. Greuels officers were there to influence the criminal prosecution of Paul
Kulak! Now I have some false charges to deal with that kulak made trying to
assure I did not attend today's hearing and to try and stop me from turning

9.19.06 Kulak gets discovered again, endangering the public
with more illegal building. Mrs Greuel and lourdes Green will not shut him down
nor void the variance because they are corrupt. Even though it state this is
void for any infractions, he has these crooked women in his back pocket. 9.20.06
Building and safety take pictures of illegal ramp made by Kulak to allow handicapped
people to believe they are safe inside his death trap. Fire Island again and
thank your local lourdes Green and Mrs. wendy Greuel for allowing it to happen.
Kulak now faces Prosecution by District Attorney 8.23.06, postponed until Oct
25 2006, Charges have been brought, finally we see Mr. Peyton was indeed correct!

false allegations and even filed a false police report that neighbor attacked
him at 10:10 Saturday the 3rd of June. If any performers are honest and can

bone in each hand and every finger at least once. I been stabbed twice and can't
count how many times people have shot at me.. I Only lost one fight in my life
(as a kid cause I was on drugs, Quaaludes). All of this was before I had private

were honorable, I think that was Mrs Greuel at the begining, (later I discovewred it was a short little old man, my mistake) I don't know she
hasn't attended any of the 3 meeting I went to.. Mr. Katz (most likely harassed
by bleeding hearts on panel) has turned to the DONE (Dept of Neighborhood empowerment)
to confirm his findings that the Law clearly states “this guy is not entitled
to a variance“. This was due to the pressure of People like Mr. WIseman (no ethics or common sense)
who wants us all to attend anger management classes together or try and work
out the problems. HOW CAN YOU WORK OUT AN INJUSTICE OR VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW?
HOW CAN YOU break THE LAW? THE LAND DOESN'T CARE, ITS ZONED ALREADY AND NOT
TO BE CHANGED FOR A OWNER, LET ALONE A TENANT. I was very glad to see that Mr.

Mr.
Katz honorably maintained the meeting with his focus strictly on the Law,
Mr. Patterson and other honorable board members were very diplomatic despite
the fact at least 2 of the panel were known Kulak patrons and supporters. They
expose themselves in the questioning they give regarding "the neighbors
behaviour?!?!?!?"
It has nothing to do with the LAW! The LAW U REJECT is the LAW we are SUPPOSED
TO FOLLOW".
When
asked why Mr. Kulak felt he was entitled to have a variance Paul kulaks woodshed
reply was " ". Nothing, he said nothing for 2 minutes until
Kulak said, well, I'm not sure, then he smiles and looks to Helena to race over.

Admits application is fraud, there no other variances in area, he referenced
other illegal operations in neighborhood as if they had legal variances..When
questioned why they did not become a theatre venue? Helena responded "cause

North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce PRESIDENT MR.BRUCE SPEIGEL governed by the Los Angeles city council states he and
Greuel arranged meeting with "Big High up people" DOWN TOWN
CITY HALL to make a way for him to operate despite law clearly against it. They
pulled it away from our Local agencies and tied their hands.
Our Local Building and Safety, Patrol cops, Public Health and Safety are all
right in my book, they can't buck city hall... He states a meeting was held
with Police Chief, Building and Safety, City Planning, Wendy Gruels deputy Mr. DALE
Thrush governed by the Los Angeles city council whom appeared at hearing for brief moment to SHOW SUPPORT BY WENDY GREUELS
OFFICE.
Kulak had referred to 2nd hand store and theatre on Laurel Canyon for not having
Variance! Hey they are breaking the law, why can't I?
Some 30 to 50 FEET behind the building they want to change the ZONE for is a
residential apartment dwelling. No consideration is taken for them as well,
no police reports so I guess they don't care. even though each neighbor has
complained to Kulak many times, one right behind almost fought Kulak because
of his disregard for his evening time peace and quiet.

Facts show Mr. Kulak joined the Chamber of Commerce AFTER HE HAD
BEEN CHARGED BY POLICE, BUILDING AND SAFETY, CLOSED DOWN BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH
AND SAFETY AND THEN GREUELS OFFICE RAN HIM DOWNTOWN TO OVERRULE PUBLIC HEALTH
AND SAFETY orders to cease operation and close down.
ALLOWING
KULAK TO RE-OPEN WITH THE SAME INFRACTIONS THE DEPT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY
HAD JUST SHUT THEM DOWN FOR. IN A BUILDING THAT THE VAN NUYS DIVISION HAD ORDERED
BE VACATED AND NOT TO BE OCCUPIED (Due to the many illegal building changes
Kulak had committed, removing walls, turning 2 stores into one, etc.)
Bleeding
hearts fell for the Con Job Kulak laid on them, So my rights and laws are
disregarded for their benefit. I don't get the cheap rent he does and I
was here first. So because he gets cheaper rent he can damage my business? He
spent over 10 grand getting electrical work done, but wont spend more for rent
in a location that would be legal for his venue. He buys decks with the illegal
proceeds and states it on his web casts (oh no), just because he has a deck
rental business in the daytime doesn't mean he rents out decks paid for with
TAX FREE donated money he has collected for the past 5 years from donations.
He is counting that money himself, “one fer you 2 fer me, one fer you,
2 fer me“. And who monitors this? No government agency, he claims to have
sent in an application. Yes, we have proof he has paid people to work out of
the bucket but lets mediate and continue to cover this up rather than involve
more agencies.
The benefit of a business has no relevance when applying for a VARIANCE, the
law states this! The law also states he has to show why he is entitled to a
variance. Clearly “contrabution to the community is not to be a factor,
because the variance is for the land, that doesn't change with the tenants.
Makes sense. It cant be self imposed ,like say he was a crook, went to building
and safety, they said no way can you open there and he did it anyway. cause
that is exactly how he started illegally and ran for 5 years collecting as much
as 8 grand a month in donations tax-free! His inventory of decks for rental
has grown 10 fold, he even ceased doing business with his partner and started
his own business.....
We know he had a associate go to the country school and lay 500 bucks for their
Financial Aid Fund and then say they are using the parking as a formality, but
they won't really use it he says. Kulak admits they would never use it.Who
else is getting paid on this tax-free cover up? Why is greuel backing a criminal
against many other businesses whom have been damaged? She thought she was fighting
a porn guy is why, yea, that's worse then any race or nationality. Oh, she hates
porn, proof is her attack on a legal business (The VIP Room) where she states
she wants to try and go after their license even though they are legal and within
their rights.... They are too legal and have the law behind them. Sorry honey,
